Products and prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping and COD charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Product photos are for reference. Colour, shape and fragrance can vary slightly from batch to batch because our products are made from natural materials.
  • We may change prices or offers at any time. The price at the time you place the order is the price you pay.

Orders

  • An order is confirmed once you receive the order confirmation. We may cancel an order because of stock, pricing errors, an unserviceable pincode or suspected fraud — you get a full refund in that case.
  • Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays because of incorrect details.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. We may limit COD for some pincodes, high-value orders or repeated refusals.

Discount codes, quiz and gift cards

  • Quiz discount codes are linked to the mobile number that played the quiz, can be used once, cannot be combined with other discount codes, and expire on the date shown.
  • Gift cards can be used across orders until the balance is used or the card expires. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Product use and safety

Agarbatti, dhoop, sambrani and diyas involve fire and smoke. Always burn them on a fire-proof holder, in a ventilated place, away from curtains, children and pets, and never leave them unattended. Attars and oils are for external use only — do a patch test first.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of products or events outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Aartipuja name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
