Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and shipped from our store in Gurugram, Haryana.

Dispatch time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on a Sunday/holiday are processed the next working day.
  • During festivals (Diwali, Navratri, etc.) dispatch may take 1–2 extra days.

Delivery time

  • Delhi NCR: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of India: 4–8 working days after dispatch
  • Remote areas / North-East / J&K / islands: up to 10–12 working days

Delivery times are estimates given by our courier partners and can change because of weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping: ₹50, free above ₹500
  • Cash on Delivery: available
  • The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We ship through trusted courier partners (via Shiprocket — such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart, DTDC). Once your order is shipped, the tracking link is sent to you by email/WhatsApp, and you can also see it on your order page.

Delivery attempts

  • The courier usually makes up to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable.
  • If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or the parcel was refused, the shipping charges are not refundable. For prepaid orders, we refund the product amount after the parcel reaches us. Cash on Delivery orders that are refused may not be eligible for COD in future.

Damaged parcel

If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours (see our Return & refund policy).
