Return & Refund Policy

We want every puja to go smoothly. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

  • Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 98118 51185 or by email at hello@aartipuja.com, with your order number.
  • Please share an unboxing video or clear photos of the parcel, the product and the shipping label. A video helps us settle your request quickly.
  • After checking, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund for the affected item — your choice, subject to stock.

Products we cannot take back

Our products are consumable puja items (agarbatti, dhoop, sambrani, diyas, attars). For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or burnt, or returns only because of a change of mind or a fragrance preference. Products in their original, unopened packing may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you inform us first — the return shipping is paid by the customer in that case.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch get a full refund.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, or there is a pricing error. In that case you get a full refund.

Refunds

  • Online payments: refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days after approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 working days after you share your details.
  • Gift card / discount code: the gift card amount goes back to the gift card. Discount codes from the quiz are not converted to cash.
  • Shipping and COD charges are not refundable, except when the product was damaged, wrong or missing.
